The European Centre signs a memorandum of understanding with the Independent Human Rights Commission of Kurdistan/Iraq

As part of the European Centre for Middle East Studies’ objectives to strengthen partnerships with prestigious academic and scientific institutions and centers, and to cooperate in the fields of academics, research, culture, training, and development.

The European Centre for Middle East Studies signed a memorandum of understanding with the Independent Human Rights Commission of Kurdistan/Iraq. The memorandum was signed by Mr. Sattar Jabbar Rahman, the Founder and CEO of the Centre, on behalf of the Centre, and by Dr. Muna Yaku, the Head of the Commission, on behalf of the Independent Human Rights Commission of Kurdistan/Iraq. This partnership represents a significant step toward joint activities between our Centre and the Independent Human Rights Commission of Kurdistan/Iraq.
