The European Centre for Middle East Studies signed a memorandum of understanding with the Independent Human Rights Commission of Kurdistan/Iraq. The memorandum was signed by Mr. Sattar Jabbar Rahman, the Founder and CEO of the Centre, on behalf of the Centre, and by Dr. Muna Yaku, the Head of the Commission, on behalf of the Independent Human Rights Commission of Kurdistan/Iraq.
