Within the objectives of the European Center for Middle East Studies, to consolidate partnership with prestigious scientific institutions and centers for cooperation in the academic, scientific, research, cultural, training and development fields. The European Center for Middle East Studies signed a memorandum of understanding with the Soran University in Duhok /Iraq, where Mr. Khairy Elias Ali Bozani / Advisor to the Center signed on behalf of the Center, and Dr. Sirwan Jabbar Amin, Assistant President of Soran University for Scientific Affairs.
As this partnership will constitute an important step for joint activities between our center and the prestigious Soran University in Kurdistan/ Iraq
