The CEO of the European Center for Middle Eastern Studies, Mr. Sattar Jabbar Rahman, received Dr. Muna Youkhana Yaqo, the head of independent human rights commission in Kurdistan, Iraq, and her accompanying delegation, during their visit to Germany, Switzerland, and Italy as part of human rights activities, at the invitation of the European Center for Middle Eastern Studies.
